After 12 weeks of AKK supplementation, insulin sensitivity increased by 42.42%! With enhanced metabolism, weight also decreased. Compared to the placebo group, the AKK dead bacteria group lost an average of 2.27 kg, including approximately 1.37 kg of fat! Hip circumference decreased by 2.63 cm, and waist circumference decreased by 1.56 cm. Compared to the placebo, the AKK dead bacteria group showed a significant reduction in total cholesterol by 8.68%, with low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol decreasing by 7.53% and triglycerides decreasing by 15.71%.
