Many studies have shown that supplementation with phosphatidylserine (PS) can significantly enhance memory, attention, and learning abilities. Particularly in older adults or individuals with mild cognitive impairment, PS may slow cognitive decline and, in some cases, restore certain cognitive functions. Experimental results demonstrate that in younger individuals (ages 20-40), PQQ improved cognitive function (cognitive flexibility, processing speed, and executive speed) after 8 weeks. Additionally, older adults (ages 41-65) exhibited improvements in verbal memory after 12 weeks.
